CyberMatrix operates by

CyberMatrix explicitly asks when it needs

except as mentioned in the following. Customers of CyberMatrix software
will automatically be placed on special customer mailing lists for that
product. These lists serve to inform customers about new releases and
general news about the product. Those who contact us regarding support
issues or feature requests will be notified when the issues have been
resolved or implemented.

installed
CyberMatrix software products will ever collect any user information
and/or distribute it to any source without the explicit
informed
knowledge and consent of said user.

A
single cookie is set and used in this site, but this tracks nothing
more personal than the URL of the page that referred you to this site,
and the date of that referral. No other information is stored, and no
attempt to store personal data is made. The referral information is
used only to gauge the success of our marketing expenditures.
