CyberMatrix Meeting Manager is a simple to use multi-user application for scheduling meetings and meeting room resource scheduling.

Meeting Manager can be used by offices, schools, libraries, churches, community associations and driving schools. Use Meeting Manager to schedule conference rooms, schedule board meetings, schedule resources, schedule classrooms, schedule church events, schedule rental cars, schedule driving instructors and even schedule tennis courts and squash courts. Meeting Manager can handle all your meeting scheduling needs.

The resources that are scheduled can be the meeting rooms themselves or special equipment needed for meetings such as overhead projectors, whiteboards and laptops.


Meeting Manager Version 8 is now available!

Version 8 has many significant improvements. Most importantly the Web edition has been completely re-designed. Meeting Manager Web now includes its own web server. This eliminates the need to configure and maintain an unwieldy web server like Microsoft's IIS. Meeting Manager Web now also uses AJAX technologies to provide a simpler user interface. The database engine and reporting engine have also been upgraded.

  • Highly configurable - There are many useful configuration settings you can change to make Meeting Manager meet your needs. You can even edit the provided reports or create new ones. If you are from a non-English speaking country, you can easily convert the software text into your own language equivalents.

  • Secure - By using the security features you can restrict who can edit bookings, who can book certain resources and who can access the configuration tools.

     
  • Internet ready - The software can automatically e-mail meeting attendees or resource contacts when a booking has been changed. The Client/Server, Enterprise or Web-based versions can share your schedule data over an Internet connection.


CyberMatrix Meeting Manager runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003 server and Vista. System requirements: 64 MB RAM and 20 MB hard disk space.

For Meeting Manager Client/Server we recommend a dedicated NT4, W2K, XP or 2003 server with 500 MB RAM and power backup to host the Meeting Manager server application.

Meeting Manager Enterprise requires a database server such as Microsoft SQL server, MySQL or PostgreSQL.

For Meeting Manager Web we recommend a dedicated Windows NT, 2000, XP or 2003 server. The clients require only a web browser.

The trial version has a 30 non-consecutive day time limit.
